GRAPE VARIETIES 45% Macabeo, 20% Xarel·lo and 35% Parellada from very old vines in the Penedes region. TASTING NOTES Kripta has a straw colour with golden hues. It is slow-evolving, fine with persistent bubbles. Clean and bright. Sweet aroma with creamy notes of ripe fruit and vanilla; slightly toasted with a balmy smoked background and good complexity. Fine and elegant first taste, with perfectly integrated bubbles. Pleasant development with a silky froth against a vanilla, ripe fruit, toasted and truffle background. Very long and complex aftertaste where vanilla stands out on a toasted and butter background resulting from the long ageing process. Minimum ageing 48 months with a cork. Limited production with numbered bottles. Kripta comes with printed card showing the date of desgorgement on each label of our bottles. It shows the date when the bottle has finished its aging process. It is Agusti Torello Mata's guarantee and commitment to quality.
