“Boat was poorly maintained. The steering wasn't working properly, an engineer had to come and 'fix' it while we were out. Adding more oil to the steering helpes a little but only just enough for us to return the boat. Metioned the issue to the person who was at the reception area, he said he would report it, but nothing else e.g. an apology...... Only gave 2 stars because they dis accually come to 'repaior' the issue fairly quickly. I really hope this is not tipical of the condition other boats from this company are hired out.”
