“Hired a boat without reservation on 18/4 during the afternoon. The experience was excellent , as was the help of the gent on charge during the mid afternoon hours or last Saturday.
Super friendly and helpful staff member certainly added to the experience and I thought the boats were well maintained and guidance clear.”
“The person working could not have done anymore, but he was working alone and this meant we got on the boat 30 minutes late.
More staff required.
When we suggested coming back 30 minutes later to get our full 2 hours, he said it wasnt an option as the boat was needed for someone else. When we got back there were several boats moored, ive no doubt we could have stayed out unnoticed.

Boat was very good in condition and overall.
Initially we went for a 4hr self drive trip but due to the detour we were 45 min late and the guide was nice enough to not charge us extra so I think it was a good deal and service”

It’s great to hear the boat and overall experience hit the mark. On this occasion, we were happy to be flexible when you returned a little late, but just so others are aware, we do usually need to charge for additional time if a trip runs over – particularly if it impacts the next booking heading out.
We always recommend allowing a little extra time for unexpected detours (they do tend to happen on the Broads!) so everyone can enjoy a relaxed trip without watching the clock.
