I find the products at B and S exceptional usually, but always fine the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. People who work there just don’t seem to want to be there, let alone be nice and personable to their customers.
I have spent an awful lot at your stores over the years and have therefore had sufficient experience to comment- the customer service is poor!”

“These chairs were in the sale and an absolute bargain for the quality. They are so comfortable and the swivel (spring back) function makes them easily to slide in and out of without having to drag the chairs in and out from the table. My only slight gripe is that the colour is more mahogany brown than the website photo showed and they don't quite match the Kennet Brown bench which is more of a tan brown, they feel a little mismatched but I still love them.”
