“Our chairs were delivered on time but we were not ready so we put the chairs in storage, unpacked and unchecked. When we finally open the packages 1 of the chairs was smaller than the rest and 1 had a deep scratch on the top of the back seat. We did mention this, but we had run out of time to return the 2 chairs. NB check as soon as possible”
