“Love the Chairs, my only issue was the delivery and how it was handled. I made Barker & Stonehouse aware I was away on holiday but was informed they would not be here until after the August bank holiday. Whilst away I got a message on the Saturday morning to say Chairs being delivered. I quickly went on website to rearrange to the Wednesday which said this had been successful and a couple of hours later 6 chairs were delivered and left outside in the rain next to the wheelie bins. I then had to ring around to see if anyone could take them in. I contacted B&S and also DPD and ended up paying £10 extra to my phone bill due to the premium number.”
“I would love to rate this product but as yet I am still missing the seat for the one of the bases of the chair. Despite arranging two redeliveries since the original delivery in March 2023, I still do not have my completed order. Considering that I have paid in full, I am very disappointed. I have still not received a satisfactory outcome.”
