“Exceptionally poor quality, we bought ten of these chairs and they have worn dreadfully, we only use two a day and the rest for occasional gatherings; shocking customer service, we have been directed to the store re-upholstery service to have them recovered at our own expense. We have spent thousands at this store; the store accepts the fabric is poor quality yet refuse to assist and still use the same fabric. The chair mechanism itself is fine. We will not buy from B&S again and would not recommend.”
