“These are the comfiest chairs I ever tried. It looks much better in real life than in the shop's photos. The faux leather looks expensive and of good quality. Great. Another point is that it spins, so there is no need to move the chair to get off the table (also more accessible to children ).”
“Chairs were advertised in the sale but a few weeks later saw they’d been reduced again., but still had to pay previous price. Told had to wait 8 weeks for delivery and on not hearing when I phoned to enquire I was told they were already in. No delivery paperwork so phoned and asked details of ‘care’. That was five weeks ago and still no response from BandS customer service. Very disappointed - poor customer service in every way.”
