They sent the wrong colour, we contacted customer services who said they would do an exchange but we would have to be at home when this took place, at their convenience. When my wife explained that we both work and cannot take a day off just to be in to exchange a product due to Barker and Stonehouse’s mistake and she was told we could simply take it to our nearest warehouse and exchange it ourselves. When wife explained that the nearest warehouse is around 3 hours drive each way she was met with zero understanding or apology just a blunt ‘which do you want, exchange at the warehouse or home’? We have asked for them to collect and issue a refund as they clearly don’t care about our custom”
