“Brilliant machine. Would highly recommend. The bread I have made using the mixer has been so much better, great rise and flavour. The mixer is easy to use and very versatile.”
“I used it for the first time today and it didn't disappoint. There is a learning curve with this machine but as with all things these days, you can always find a You Tube video to help you. Once you learn how it works, it is not difficult. The machine is especially good for kneading bread dough - it is quiet and the machine stays in place on the kitchen counter. It is not a cheap machine but I have no regrets.”
“Even stiff dough is no problem for this machine to properly kneed. It really has improved the quality of my bread, and having a timer means I can get on with other things whilst it does it's work. Easy to use and clean too. Haven't used yet for cake mixes. Bakery Bits delivered the item very quickly, and we're generally helpful.”
“Extremely pleased with the mixer but especially impressed with the helpful and understanding way they responded when I had difficulty using a new credit card that proved problematic
I always buy my bread flour from the company and will continue to do so.
I would recommend this company whole heartedly
Thank you Bakerybits”
“What an exciting piece of kit. It exudes quality and power. I am still at the beginning of my journey with this amazing machine. It is noticeable how it stretches the gluten strands, making the bread an even rise. I'm adapting my usual recipe to this machine and probably need to reduce the liquid - I'm still learning.
My KitchenAid mixer was struggling with kneading my quantity of dough and knew that I would burn out the motor. I have every confidence that the Ankarsrum will cope above and beyond the quantity and variety of bread that I wish to make.”
“Great mixer, very solid and efficient. Produces excellent dough really quickly. Paid extra for 'next day' DPD delivery which turned into 'next week' at an awkward time delivery. I wouldn't choose this option again but would recommend the Ankarsrum.”
