“I used muffin tray with the paper cupcake cases from bakery bits, baked cupcakes at 160c fan forced for 22mins (chocolate based cupcakes). When I removed the tray from oven, removed the cupcakes from tray in within few mins, the cupcake cases peeled away from the cake.”
