“I've used this a couple of times since it arrived as a replacement for a "non-stick" tin, which quite quickly became sticky (and we are trying to find alternatives to these). After a quick wipe of coconut oil, a 12 hour sourdough prove and a blast in the over, the loaf popped out pretty much perfectly. I've washed it with a gentle soak in water and it held its seasoning perfectly for the next loaf. Very pleased and will be buying more.”
