“I've had this mill for several months now. I use it on a weekly basis for grinding rye and wheat for homebaking sourdough bread, and it is perfect for that. It takes me about 10 minutes to grind 250g of grain, it's faster if the OH helps. Most of the flour is very fine, but there are some bigger bits in it, which could be easily sited out, but I like to leave them in. I tend to toss in my spices (fennel, cumin,...) as seeds into grain as well and it gets ground nicely at the same time. It is easy to use and easy to clean, but it is a mini-workout for me every time I use it. Happy to recommend it for small scale home baking.”
