“I have bought this flour several times as it is consistently well received by my wife who is trying to be gluten free. Thou this flour is not gluten free, the blend of flours produces a very tolerable wholemeal style pizza. Flavour is brilliant. Texture is so fine as to dissolve in the mouth. Structurally, pizza bases are firm & allow for even support of all food stuffs, wet & dry. We enjoy our wood fired oven pizzas from the base up. Great flour.”
