“This is my second purchase of the Limone Sicilia lemon oil. The zesty lemon flavour is great but it's the aroma, with an almost perfumed/sherbet lemon edge that really makes this a great addition to baking, icing etc. I wish I could buy lemons that smell and taste like this.
It seems to have a fairly long shelf life in a cool larder but this time I'm going to try storing it in the fridge as there was still lots left in my first bottle by the time I noticed a slight deterioration.”
