Very pleased with this product. I have used it in both baking and icing cakes, and have found it certainly adds flavour to my baking.

I was delighted when this arrived, I had been anticipating using it. I wasn't disappointed it the bottle was much bigger than I had expected, it smelt amazing I used it in Dan Lepards hot cross buns and they were delicious .I have a list of recipes that I am dying to try it out in.

I made an orange-scented brioche using 1/4 teaspoonful of orange essence to 750gm brioche dough. The smell was glorious and the taste superb. I served it for a dinner party, to accompany steamed salmon with dill and broccoli and my guests had more with their after-dinner coffee. All in all, a great success. I am going to make this again for my birthday and will try a little in the gravy for some duck next week. I expect it to be delicious.
