“I made an orange-scented brioche using 1/4 teaspoonful of orange essence to 750gm brioche dough. The smell was glorious and the taste superb. I served it for a dinner party, to accompany steamed salmon with dill and broccoli and my guests had more with their after-dinner coffee. All in all, a great success. I am going to make this again for my birthday and will try a little in the gravy for some duck next week. I expect it to be delicious.”
