“have been using a baking stone (ceramic) for a while, and the results were quite good, but the welsh griddle has taken my baking - loaves and pizza - to another level - everything now fully cooked underneath, but without having to have the oven at constant maximum heat so that the tops get burnt. Has evened out a not-very-good oven and produced excellent results. Has really improved my confidence. Am looking forward to even better things. Certainly feeding my imagination!”
