“Worst online order experience in a long time. My order never arrived. My complaints resulted in me receiving someone else's order. My emails are now not answered and my call resulted in a promise that the order would arrive with me 3 days ago which has still not happened. I can't think of the last time I was treated so badly as a customer.”
