“As a keen sourdough baker, I recently purchased a banneton from BakeryBits. My new banneton brush just makes cleaning the banneton so much easier, less hassly & less messy. As it avoids the need to use water too, it's likely that it will increase the lifetime of my banneton! Nice one - thank you BakeryBits :-)”
