I saw this picture of a steel bread pan with lid for an affordable price so I bought it. I did not read the text well enough because it said "bread pan lid". I found out about that later :-) I am looking forward to my next purchase, which will be Pullman´s bread pans without lids. Then I look forward to cooking(80°C in an oven) my old style icelandic rye bread, which is simply rye, water yeast, sugar and water. Excellent with butter, cooked cod and potatoes.”
