“This is a lovely looking piece of equipment.
I did have a look at other brands and wanted to know why this is so expensive. Went for this one anyway because I wanted the large one and it has very good reviews overall.
I have tried it once with the blue (purple) nixtamalised maize flour.
It worked very well although the tortillas did not get as big as I wanted them. I understand this may get bigger with different flour. I need to practised this some more. The tortillas were very nice and held together well, no cracking
Overall very happy and will also use these for chapatis”
