“Very pleased with these pans - I bought 2 of each size to replace my aging collection of metal tins. They are lightweight and stack very well together, taking up much less cupboard space than my old ones. Seasoning is very easy - there is a (not unpleasant) smell, but not as bad as I was expecting. The loaf released from the tin with no trouble at all, even though it was slightly underbaked. I guess that these plastic tins dont conduct heat quite as well as metal, so I found it useful to return the loaf to the oven for 5-10 minutes once it came out of the tin. Very easy to clean afterwards too!”
