“I chose this loaf pan for its dimensions. I wanted a narrow tall pan for baking Gluten free sourdough bread to maximise crust to inner ratio and I am pleased to say it performs well. The loaf pan arrived in good time, in good eco friendly packaging. I seasoned the pan as instructed. Loaf baked well, pan was really easy to handle when hot and loaf turned out well, (it was well buttered as I normally do for my GF loaves). The fact that there is no non-stick coating required is an added bonus! I am intrigued by the Mill series of pans and wonder how the sizes and shapes relate to the Mills!”
