“Replacements for cheaper tins which lasted only for a year. The weight and feel of these shouts quality. Only used once so far the results were very encouraging. The rise of the loaves and the crust was perfect. Only a gentle tap was needed to remove from the tins.
The only thing which concerns me slightly is that moisture remains trapped in the seams after washing, I guess careful drying is required to maintain the tins in peak condition. Maybe place in a warm oven for a short time after washing would be the way forward.
