“I love this - I'd resisted buying one for ages as I'm trying to reduce buying more 'stuff'. But wish I hadn't resisted for so long is this is a very useful tool for my baking. No more trying to tease bits of dough from the bowl with the ends of my fingers; a couple of swipes with the scraper does it!”
“It's ok. I realised that it would be good to have a second scraper, and my daughter uses something similar so I thought it worth a try. It's fine for small quantities of dough, but compared to the stiffened silicone one I'm used to, is a bit too flexible to lift and mix dough for two loaves. Also, I can't see why the straight edge doesn't have a bevel: it's the full thickness of the main body, and it has raised markings on one side. This means it's less useful for cutting the dough, and far less useful for scraping off the table.”
