“Only used the Woody pizza oven once (today) after having to return the first one as there seemed to be a slight chip with what looked like rust and some unfinished/unpolished welding in the front lip where the oven door sits. In my opinion no fault of bakery bits more a finish and quality control issue by Woody. I contacted bakery bits straight away , the next day I received a replacement oven and collection of the faulty one...Brilliant customer service from bakery bits. I had read reviews online about the pizza oven and there were comments about the quality of finish and can see why but it doesn't detract from the look & quality of the pizza oven
Bakery bits supplied free wood pellets & yeast, which was a nice gesture, however, the pellets didn't seem to last long or maintain heat,.maybe this was just me getting used to cooking with pellets. I can't fault Bakery bits, fantastic customer service & wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.”
