“Have to say I am disappointed with this flour not had one good loaf of bread ,thought it was my starter at first then I thought it could be the Fermentation time change the flour and I got fantastic bread so my conclusion is its the flour protein I had 3 weeks of Disastrous bread ,i bought two 16Kg bags of flour .Don't know what I'm gonna do with them any help would be great thank you tracey”
