I absolutely love this flour. It makes incredibly good bread. Confused by the earlier reviewer as I've gone through two 16kg bags now and had no failures (except when I managed to turn the oven off when putting baguettes in, and even then they turned out fine!). I decided to buy it after visiting a farm in Bucks where they grow according to the Wildfarmed method -- it's restoring the soil, supporting wildlife and creates (according to the farmer, have not verified this) considerably more nutritious wheat. Seems brilliant to me that you can have all of that AND amazing loaves!

Great stuff. Good oven spring- actually better than Canadian for my sourdough loaves believe it or not. And of course great flavour.

Just used this flour for the first time. I used half Wildfarmed with half Marriages Strong Wholemeal, plus some sunflower seeds- very delicious and healthy bread, great texture and rise.

I bought this as I was really excited to see what the hype is about - So far; so good! Will need to keep an eye on the slightly lower protein content. Recommend listening to the Table Manners podcast with the owners, super interesting. Lovely branding too

Fabulous results using this to make sourdough with 20% Gilchester’s Rye flour, excellent absorption, builds gluten, great oven spring and tastes amazing!
