I ordered several flour types, Cotswold crunch, Belle blanc 55 . Italian 00. They have all made beautiful and authentic tasting doughs. Came packaged very well and securely. Very pleased. Recommend this company.

I've put bad because I haven't yet managed to get a proper loaf. I'm using a bread machine and have tried varying quantities of yeast but can't get the bread to rise. If you can recommend quantities or method I'd appreciate it Regards Iain Wright

the flour arrived promptly and was well packaged competitively priced very good as a mixture 40% to white flour producing a crunchy textured loaf with good flavour and colour

I have not used the product yet but am impressed with the matthews canadian flour , but I’m sure it’s as good if not better

Wanted to try and add some texture to my (sourdough) bread making, and as I am keen to explore ancient varieties, this was a clear winner. Very happy with the result - the added crunch of the spelt flakes and the mix of the less known grains made a flavoursome loaf!
