“Ive been looking for something like this for ages. It has the right base size, is sufficiently heavy to make folding the dough easy (it doesn't lift up with the dough) and its surfaces are pretty non-adherent. The lid and potential for stackability are well designed. I wonder if a couple more centimetres of height might have made it perfect! It is however quite pricey.”
