“Being a relatively good standard bread maker I decided to foray into Sourdough so bought this kit. The kit was really good although I was very confused by the instructions on the enclosed card. However, once you open the starter sachet there are further instructions inside which made everything much clearer (although I did also purchase another 'how to' book elsewhere which explained the process much better). I followed the instructions for the starter and then made a light rye sourdough from another recipe book. Excellent results and the bread was so delicious I'm looking forward to the next loaf.”
