“To be honest this flour is fine, but it feels a tad over milled, which is fine for more sophisticated recipes but doesn’t always suit this northern lad’s sourdough.”

“This flour makes delicious bread. Would recommend it highly. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is because it was packaged with an empty bag that had once contained aniseed which slightly flavoured the flour. I thought I would feed this back so those who package the items could be made aware to prevent this happening in the future.”
