Only slight grumble, it took a week to arrive, not being despatched until 5 days after ordering. I will definitely use Bakery Bits again. Product itself is exactly what I was looking for, don't know why it's so hard to find, but thank you BB for having it in stock. It doesn't dissolve or melt on baking and gives cakes, buns etc a lovely crunchy topping.”

“So much easier than breaking up sugar cubes when trying to bake Scandinavian goodies at home. Only slight complaint is that I remember pearl sugar (as bought in Sweden) having a tumbled polish to the grains, and these do not - but they taste just as good!”
