Only disappointment is the excessive DPD charges which I know are not your fault but another delivery option particularly for customers in Scotland would be appreciated.
I was going to purchase goods for Christmas but the DPD charges were unjustifiable. Sorry, nut the truth and it will impact on a small business.”
“An exceptional piece of equipment. Right size, which produces good steam for crunchy crust. Works well for sourdough. Be careful with it physically, it can break.”
“This is a great piece of kit that every home baker with a passion for artisan bread should have. It produces a lovely crust. My only gripe is I find the base of my bread doesn’t crust up the way I like it, so I remove the loaf from the spring oven and place on the wire of my oven for last 10mins of baking. I have only been using it a few weeks and if needed I will update this review in the future.”
“I am delighted with the spring oven. Made a French boule and the crust after baked was great. Couldn't be happier - trying to get a good colour and crust when baking your own is not always achievable but with this oven it is.”
“It's a relief to use a light weight casserole. It works well and gives a good crust on top though the crust on the bottom is a bit soft in the breads I've made so far.”
