“A little disappointed, almost a wholemeal flour with very little maltiness and grains. As such it needed more water and, possibly, yeast as it produced a very dense small loaf. I bought this as Marriage's Malted Flour has become hard to get locally but this produces a far superior loaf.”

“For years we've bought this flour for our breadmaker from the Mill's stall in Hatfield Farmer Market. The stall has stopped attending so we ordered on-line while we took stock. It was delivered quickly in perfect condtion. It's excellent flour, but transport costs make it expensive so we'll have to seek another local source of good bread flower.”
