Unfortunately I haven't tried any of the products I bought only because I moved home a week ago and everything has been packed and inaccessible.
I'm really looking forward to getting into my new kitchen and trying the things I've bought.
The 3 malt flours smell incredible and if the smell and taste is imparted into the bread it will be a very good taste.
