“The product is very nice, as others have noted. It is not more effective than other blade holders but it certainly is more stylish which is pleasant.
I was however disappointed with the delivery. I ordered with the product clearly marked "in stock" on the web site and still it took several weeks to deliver. I fear the indication on the site was misleading”
“So pleased with my walnut lame. The wooden handle is a joy to hold and the blade is easy to fit. I made a London bloomer which needs 13 slashes. It was developed to make it easy for staffin the Lyons Corner houses to make perfect slices for sandwiches. The lame did the job perfectly. Thank you for importing this lovely item which I bought with a gift voucher I received. It woul make a wonderful gift for any bread baker”
