“Well presented, great quality. I haven’t had a successful bake with it yet, but that is my own fault. All I would say is that the instructions could be a bit clearer for those of us who a might need it. I have ADHD and it took me some time to use the product because I found the instructions, written in paragraph form with long sentences rather than a clear list, as a recipe would be, a bit of a jumble. The language was also incomplete, for example, “do not use all of the starter in case you bake with all of your refreshed one.” Okay… and if I don’t use it all, what do I do with what’s left? I assumed I could put it back in the tub and put it in the fridge but it would be nice for that to be clear.”
