I bought 3 products. I have only tried the 400g loaf case. I made up a banana and walnut cake that I would normally baked in a 2lb loaf tin. I expected that I would use 2 x 400g case but all the dough went in 1 case - and the case was only 3/4 full. As the case is narrower than the tin, I dropped the oven temperature by 10 degrees. The cake cooked in half the time. As the cake was for a cake stall, I was pleased with the presentation of the case. Looked quite professional - even if I say so myself. I only give this 4 stars as I was originally worried about the different sizes of the loaf cases and I wasn't sure about converting the oven temperature and cooking time. I could have done with a bit of guidance to reassure me. When I handed in my donated cake, I pointed out that it was in an ovenable paper case and many of the ladies commented favourably. I

These are really rather good cases, I found them a little large and slightly shallow compared to my normal 8" tin. I would suggest a 50% increase in ingredients. I did not blind bake but still achieved a very nice golden base and no soggy bottom. I liked the tear -off strip once cooked to make cutting easier. Well worth having in the cupboard.
