Made 2 loaves yesterday with a mix of Stoates Organic White and Matthews Organic Wholemeal to the ratio 80% Stoates and 20% Matthews. A great combination - lovely taste with soft springy texture and lovely colour. Will definitely purchase again. A great flour at a competitive price.

Makes very good bread in a machine or by hand..the Cotswold Crunch is extremely tasty as well.

No problems I used 250g this flour, 100g organic soft spelt and 150g organic white with some mixed seeds added. The result was a very soft light bread very pleased and would purchase again

Very friendly helpful colleagues. Excellent flour with a good life . They were able to provide what I required promptly will continue to use them and will highly recommend them .
