“This is a wonderful piece of kit but very stiff to open and very sharp. Though the instructions say it will loosen in time it’s awkward if you have doughy, wet or floury hands, often the case for bakers! Feel you have to wipe them off first . I have an old push button reader which I have had over 10 years that I bought from Andrew Whitely no longer available but I prefer. This one also stays on until you shut it. Also found the code for free tool did not work when I made another order but I love Bakery Bits to bits and it’s eco packaging. Loaves made with optimal fermentation using thermopen added”
