I bake a 1lb sourdough loaf 2 or 3 times a week. Generally I prove it in a cane banneton and bake it on a baking stone, but occasionally I like to do it in a loaf tin. The tin I had been using was rather large for a 1lb loaf, so the resulting loaf was a bit on the long and low side. I've now bought this 1lb tin and the loaf is a much better shape. The tin has a nice solid feel and has a good non-stick coating. I am very pleased with the results.

Just what I was looking for! Baked rye loaves yesterday which looked spectacular in their more compact shape. Great delivery as always. I love the fact you use DPD too!

Pandoro tine - previously used a silicon one which was rubbish as it spread out the mixture during final proof - cant wait to try this one Loaf tin - replaced mine which was going rusty Breadbag - does what it says on the tin - keeps bread fresh
