Its fantastic- really, really happy with it. I was worried when it arrived it wasn't big enough for a 500g loaf, but it has worked great and I have made 4 loaves in it already. It definitely benefits from using rice flour or a mix or rice/white flour to keep the dough from sticking. Although- I do make 80-100% hydration loaves so it might not be as important for a drier dough.

I purchased a basic lined basket and a heavy duty basket. Both are very good, though the heavy duty basket has a thicker linen lining, which should be more durable. With a light sprinkling of rye flour, the dough releases very easily. I dry them after use above our kitchen radiator, then give them a light brushing and they're ready to use again.

Good quality but not perfect design. The lining is stitched to the basket giving the dough a flat top when turned out for baking. Looses this to some extent with oven spring, but shape of loaf is not as nice as with other bannetons I have where the liner is more of a sling for the dough and it does not take on the shape of the basket itself.
