Sharp, nicely balanced and a delight to use. Hardly any pressure required, even for the toughest crust, means that it is exceptionally safe. Heartily recommended.

Just wonder now how I managed without it. It slices through sourdough crust as if it is butter. Perfect

One of the best bread knives I've used. Only wish it was a little bit longer, but still is a great product.

Seems to be a very sharp and robust knife, it cuts through crusty sourdough easily, and if not careful starts going through my very old bread board! So perhaps a new board next on the ever growing list.

Well designed piece of kitchen kit ,excellent for cutting real loaves.....sourdough & so on. Surprised the word France not engraved blade altho Opinel is. I always have folding Opinels in my car.
