“These are the real deal panettone cases and way, way cheaper then other stockist. They are thick and. good quality and stnd up well with the dough in them.I believe panettone is not just for Christmas so I bake a lot of them. They look great in these cases.”
“The banneton is well constructed and looks perfectly fit for purpose. It is a bit bigger than I had envisioned, and I have not had occassion to bake a large loaf since COVID so I have not been able to use it as much as I thought when I bought it.
