Produces excellent, tasty sourdough bread. I mix it with OO Soffiatta flour to make Sarah Owen's Table Loaf on the Food52 website.

The smell and taste are amazing added to my sourdough. And my starter loves it. Never been so lively.

I use this to feed my wholemeal starter and it has added a lot of flavour and vigour to the starter. I haven't mixed it into the flour for my bread but I have noticed its flavour in the crust from the levain. I use the cotswold crunch from matthews with a 20% wholemeal mulino einkorn dough mix and this complements the flavours wonderfully - I recommend it.
