the loaf, white sourdough, made to Vanessa's spec. Really pleased with the result, lovely texture, and the shaping was improved. Flavour was increased for a white loaf and for the price i would recommend. especially since the lock down the price is comparable to local suppliers, and far better value.

I'm relatively new to baking, and love experimenting with new flours. This flour makes for wonderful tasting bread but I'm never quite sure what's going to happen with it! It would be great if you could post links to recipes specific to the flours you sell (but maybe you do and I just haven't spotted them). It would be much easier than scrolling through the many pages of recipes!
