“The larger of the panetone cases that I ordered were damaged, bent at the side . I would have sent back but I needed to complete my small order. Otherwise the cases were functional and fine, but will consider making my own cases from now on, or use a panetone tin, which is shame.”

“Cases seem fine, tho not used them yet. Only negative comment is that I told you that my brother would be collecting them at 9am but no one answered the phone when he couldn't find you on the industrial estate so he wasted time driving around.”
“I have been using these for a while and I have to say they are excellent. They never break and hold the panettone dough (secondo impasto) very well during the long 5-6 hours final fermentation. I make lots of panettone, nearly every week, from November to March, and I have found the 500 g pirottini very useful; batches bake in 35 minutes (instead of 1 hour for the 1 Kg size) and it is the right size if you want to give some panettone away to the neighbours, as I often do.
