This is my favourite wholemeal spelt flour. Makes a lovely dough absorbs fluids well and i have used it in my bread making and pastry making. Wonderful flour.

The first time I’ve used this flour..I’ve made half white and half spelt for a pizza dough. The flavour is beautiful and the dough made a crisp light pizza base. It’s been a game changer! I might dare to make a full spelt pizza dough next time. The dough was also easier to work, ie it rolled out so easily.

Firstly the choice of products on the website is amazing. Delivery was exactly as advised in the current pandemic situation. The packaging very well presented and a perfect example of exactly how recyclable materials should be used. Took a while to get a sourdough starter going with this flour (Farro Intregrale) but it's there now (lovely and bubbly) and I love the end results. Looking forward to placing more orders soon.

All the qualities you want from WM spelt flour - makes a super nutty, savoury sourdough loaf. Stands up to long ferment & high hydration formulae. Recommended
