“Used one for the first time yesterday. I was a little apprehensive about the liner but it worked well and the loaf did not stick at all. I don't use use a banneton so finding a product into which I can put a shaped sourdough loaf and leave it to prove is wonderful. I made a 500g loaf as recommended but I think I may experiment with the size and try a larger one. The baking mould provides excellent support during proving. The result was a very attractive, well presented loaf that I would be happy to give to anyone.”
